I have lived in Fremont for 25 years and have been bicycle racing for the last 20 years. I was on the Fremont Freewheelers and one of my first races was the Fremont Crit held in 1988 in the Niles District. On June 30, 2007 the FFBC will host their annual criterium on a course that will require ONE SERIOUS effort every 2 minutes or so. Yes, there is a hairpin/ 180 degree turn on this course...

so, let's train that ONE SERIOUS effort this coming Tuesday.

- 2 warmup sprints as usual
- multiple repeats of the 180 degree/ hairpin turn until you are finished.

Hope to see you out there. Larry

The June 12th workout will be at the same location, but run in a slightly direction. Guaranteed fun!

So, how did the 30 sprints feel last week? Lar

All I have to say about the thirty sprints is: I guess I'm not 24 anymore. I was really tired on Wednesday!
