Before and After (Masters Nationals)

I don't mean to gross anyone out. I just found it interesting to see the difference. I'm thankful that more damage wasn't done and I'm okay with ending my season a bit early. Next year is going to be even more fun!

Congrats on the fantastic performances at Nationals. Take good care of that shoulder - I look forward to some more of your tutelage next spring at the Early Birds (I participated in all 5 this Jan/Feb and can't thank you and all the volunteers enough - I had a fantastic season and am already Road Cat 3 and now doing cyclocross - too much fun!). One of these days, I'm gonna head down to the track...but it'll probably be next season.

Cheers!

X-ray 1: during pursuit start, X-ray 2: 2 hours after pursuit start.

A phrase that we don't want to hear... "Passive range of motion exercises".

Be good!
