Sprints and Intervals - July 3 in Fremont

Details of this workout are posted in the comments section. Please note that this will be the last Tuesday Night workout of 2007 as I'm heading to road nationals and then will promote Thursday Night track racing (Aug. 2, 9, 16, 23, Sept. 6, 13, 20, 27). Thanks, Larry

First off, there's a 50% chance I'll show up tomorrow night. You know how it goes right before you leave on vacation, right?

Regardless, some riders will be focusing on the 4th of July crit in Davis so tonights workout will be what you plan of it. Here's some of the many options I see:
+ Tune up with a warm-up and then a few sprints, then head home rested and anxious for the race
+ disregard the race on the 4th and sprint throughout the session so that you work on your weaknesses and still flex your strengths.
+ modify your workout by responding to jumps (vs. initiating) and following a lead-out (vs. being that lead-out)
+ mix it up and work on some skills (like we did with the 180's) but mostly have some fun!
